1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government connection. It neither stores official records nor retrieves records, performs official checks, or files documents for visitors.

The site identifies official Gem County sources, including Sheriff Records, the District and Magistrate courts, Idaho State Police BCI, and the Idaho Central Sex Offender Registry. It also links to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use is conditioned on the following restrictions:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information from this site or a linked tool may not be used to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate. Idaho registry data is for public safety awareness. Misuse against a registrant can carry criminal liability under Idaho Code §§18-8326 and 18-8413, and §74-120 restricts commercial inquiry and telephone or mailing-list compilation.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

Any check for an FCRA-regulated purpose must come from a legally compliant provider. Idaho State Police BCI supplies official Idaho criminal-history checks through its prescribed request process.
